When patients present with difficult to treat and difficult to diagnose medical conditions, the general practitioner often refers the patient to a Specialist Physician. After careful clinical evaluation and assessment of special investigations, a diagnosis and management plan are being constructed. This is followed by a full report to the referring doctor (with the consent of the patient).
